All content on the Player-Realms web site (including the forums which are linked on the menu) and in the game are protected under U.S. and International Copyright laws. No content on this site may be copied, reprinted, reposted or used in any other way without the express permission of the owner of the content.
Submitting Content: Members may from time-to-time submit content to the game or web site. For example; stories or poems posted on the message boards, or written in a 'book' in the game. Such submission does not alter the ownership of the copyright of the content. However, proper submission of content by the rightful owner necessarily grants Player-Realms a 'publishing' right, permitting the content to continue to be displayed on the web site or in the game. Player Realms retains no rights to the content beyond that.
Members may not submit or post content which is not owned by them, without permission.

Age-Appropriate Content

Player Realms provides absolutely no guarantees or warranty in relation to the game or web site. Player Realms is essentially a 'hobby' run for the pleasure of those who are invited to play; it is not a business venture of any kind. We are therefore exempt from any possible claims for failure to provide service, no matter the reason.
